Forever in-between
Very recently I became a US citizen and I wanted to experiment with ways of delivering a story through a virtual reality video.
Since this is a 360 video you can scroll around the video to travel around the space.
I wrote, designed and illustrated an essay about my experiences and later placed it on a 3D environment to create a virtual reality space. Each image was hand-drawn and then animated frame-by-frame to give it a magical feel.
Ideally, this video is intended to be experienced through a VR headset for easier reading. Below you can find a wireframe render of the space as well as fragments of the story.
